Tudaya Falls, The Princess of Philippine Waterfalls

On the 1st day of a 4 days trek schedule to Mt. Apo me, Lito (my rear guide and cheif cook on every expedition) together with two guest from Hongkong (Leo & Dic) we toke a trip to Tudaya Falls. It is situated on sitio Tudaya, Brgy. Sibulan , Sta Cruz, Davao del Sur.
After around 20 minutes of Habal-habal ride and 45 minutes of trekking downwards following a trail on the side of a cliff, we could hear the thundering roar of a powerful water falling from the sky and mist are everywhere as if it covers the sorounding from the outside world.
When we reach the bottom of the trail, there lies a water fall towering to an estimated hieght of 150 meters producing a powerful drop of water where no one can stand on it and seeing it directly because of the wind as a result of the waterdrop.
Regardless of its powerful drop, the waterfall is so kind to visitors where one can go at the back of its thudering water and have a shower on its smaller drops and also one can appreciate it much if he brings himself a camera for it offers very nice scenic views to photographers.
Due to this qualities, I consider this myself as the "Princess of Philippine water Falls" for its waters discended from the Grand father of Philippine Mountains " Mt. Apo"and I've never seen a waterfall as majestic and mystic as this, in which one should take a visit and see for themselves and be amazed to one Natures Gift to mankind.
